This free 30-minute session is designed to get to know you — your goals, your lifestyle, and your body. As a hybrid Strength and Pilates coach, I take a personalized approach to help you move better, feel stronger, and build sustainable results.
During the session, we will:
Discuss your current fitness level, routine, and health history
Identify your short- and long-term goals (strength, posture, mobility, body composition, etc.)
Outline a custom training path that fits your schedule and lifestyle
Answer any questions you have about my coaching style, packages, or next steps
This session is all about connection — making sure we’re a good fit, setting the tone for an empowering, results-driven journey and come up with best next steps for you to move towards your goals.
